Regarding Your Lifetime Diamond Guarantees, Lifetime Extended Service Plans, Layaways, Jewellery Repairs & Online Ship-to-Store Orders

 

As we have decided to close our locations, all Lifetime Diamond Guarantee & Lifetime Extended Service Plan inspections, plus layaway payments & jewellery repairs, are extended to after our physical stores reopen. 

If you have sent jewellery into our stores for repair, it will remain safely in our vaults, until we reopen and are able to contact you. 

If you made an online order to be shipped to your local Ben Moss store, please email service@benmoss.com with your order number; if it hasn't been shipped, we will certainly redirect it as best we can. Some items may potentially have been ordered from stores that we'll need the status update but our web fulfilment team remains open to better serve you.

Since 1972, our mission is to, Win the Customer for Life.  As a valued customer, we want to let you know that the health and welfare of our employees and you, our customer, is of paramount importance to us.  Therefore, we want to inform you we are temporarily closing all our physical retail locations effective Thursday, March 19th, 2020. We anticipate reopening April 2nd, 2020 pending the public health status of COVID-19. 
 
While we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of ours stores everyday - the nature of our business requires close contact with you, our customer, over showcases and in close proximity that is less than the recommended distance for Social Distancing by Public Health Agency of Canada. We do not want to put you or our employees at risk.
 
While our physical locations may be temporarily closed, our Customer Service and Administrative services will remain open and can help you with any inquiries in terms of repairs, layaways, special orders or online orders. Many of our team members will be working remotely but will be available during our regular business hours by phone (1-888-332-4276) email or LiveChat on our website.
 
We recognize you may choose to shop from home and therefore we are now offering Free Shipping with no minimum purchase on our website, no coupon code required.
